CROCK POT BARBECUE
Ingredient:


  • 3 lbs. chuck roast or stew meat
  • 1 (14 oz.) bottle ketchup
  • 1 lb. brown sugar
  • 1 med. onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper or to taste
  • Dash of garlic powder to taste,
    optional




Direction:

Put ketchup into crock pot. Fill empty bottle to 1/2 full with water and add to pot. Add onion and seasonings. Mix well. Trim fat from roast and cut into chunks. Put into pot. Set pot on low and cook all day.

Ingredient:

  • 5 lbs. bag chicken wings (drumettes)
  • 12 fl. oz. Louisiana Pre Crystal Hot
    Sauce
  • 1-2 sticks butter



Direction:
Fry chicken wings until golden brown and drain on paper towel. Mix hot sauce and melted butter and pour into deep pan or crock pot. Add chicken wings to sauce and heat thoroughly.
